Experience the GentleWave® Procedure, an innovative alternative to standard root canal treatment. It presents a major advancement that helps us achieve our goal to effectively clean a tooth’s entire root canal system, no matter how complex. The root canal system consists of intricate channels for the nerves and blood vessels.
We are always evaluating technological advancements and incorporating them into our practice when we believe that doing so will help us provide a higher level of care than previously possible and help us save more teeth for more of our patients.
The GentleWave® System delivers a broad range of sound waves within the complex anatomy found within the tooth, in concert with continuous irrigation. In a matter of minutes, this procedure results in complete cleaning and disinfecting of the entire network of canals. The incredible effectiveness of this system also allows us to conserve more tooth structure than ever before.

Outstanding experience! Dr Irelan repaired a very painful root canal problem I had. He explained what he was going to do and what he was doing during the procedure. He followed up after the procedure to see how I was doing. He is very considerate and caring with his patient & very professional Endodontics dentist. Recently was referred to Dr. Irelan for some major dental work. Right from the start I was impressed with his explanations of what he was going to do and why. I spent some extended periods of time in the chair but never felt uncomfortable. He and his assisstant worked together seemlessly and professionally. He always followed up with a call or text to make sure i wasn't experiencing any pain. I've seen too many dentists in my 56years, Dr. Irelan was the best despite being the youngest. Best dental work I’ve ever had by far. Went in with a referral from my dentist because I needed a root canal. Dr. Irelan and his assistant Josh walk you through everything they’re doing and even go through the x-rays with you and show you what’s wrong. Didn’t feel any pain from start to finish. None. I’ll definitely be referring all my friends and family here should they ever need a root canal. The tools Dr. Irelan uses while operating are cool and make the process painless and less awkward. I couldn’t even feel them touching my teeth. Dr. Irelan also called me the night of the root canal and the next morning to make sure all was going well. 5 stars for everything. Thank you!

I find it a bit unusual to be posting a review on something as un-popular as a root canal but I have to say, if you have to have one, Dr. Irelan is just the guy to go to! I travel overseas often so getting this done quickly without any delays and immediate follow up sessions was very important. He not only came to my regular dentist's office (his wife), at end of day to meet my travel needs, it was an incredibly painless and efficient procedure that he talked me through the entire procedure. Almost an educational event! I highly reccomend Dr. Irelan for any similar procedures. On a side note, he follows up regularly to see how I am doing and always leaves his cellphone # for questions and concerns after hours.

My former endodontist retired and I was quite nervous about going to a new one, much less a younger endodontist like Dr. Irelan. I am so glad I did! Dr. Irelan and his staff immediately made me feel relaxed and comfortable. I have a severe neck injury, but Dr. Irelan went out of his way to make me very comfortable. He used a microscope to do my root canal which meant he only had to make a very small hole in the top of my crown! Dr. Irelan has a calming, personable demeanor, as did Josh who assisted in the procedure. I was equally impressed with his office staff who immediately made me feel comfortable. I would highly recommend Dr. Irelan. Thank you for making the "dreaded" root canal a pleasant experience!
